You can buy it in a can from Supa cheap, I had some grazes under my wifes car and bought some of the rubberised stuff and just cleaned and sprayed it on after.

Paint supplies - best bet is an auto paint supplier- the outlet that sells all the items that GP listed. My prob with Supa cheap etc is that they probably no nothing about painting or can give any informed advice.

And you're possibly missing out on a LOT of uses for some common products simply because it's NOT mentioned on the label. Sodium bicarbonate for example ...

the ABC's top selling book is Spotless and it lists many older products and I use them- bi carb soda ( baking soda) is indeed a very useful product used in our house. A book like Spotless is a very handy reference for anyone but some modern or specialist commercial products do a better job on some things. The net of course also is a good source for cleaning techniques . I keep a variety of traditional solvents and cleaners on hand and silvo and brasso etc. Reading labels and instruction manuals surely is not such a bad plan.
