I think you can buy a flat sheet of polycarbonate from Bunnings...~$50? Not quite sure if it will be long enough, but it should be and it will be a couple of mm thick. It the Dural outlet, it was in the roofing area, near the plywood / MDF sheets.
For that kind of weight, don't know why you'd bother unbolting it Dann.

Gladwrap and sticky tape will be very removable for street/track and it will be much lighter than 3 mm thick lexan.

I'd think a hardtop with no windows/windscreen would create lift due to the curvature of the roof???

I would have guessed at massive turbulance coming out of the rear windscreen opening but it can't be as bad as running roofless?

The no hardtop glass thing was 'created' to get clean airflow over the wing. It works.
