I work in a paint store and we sell all kinds of automotive paints etc. One of the guys I work with has been in Auto paint for near 10 years and has found a product made by a company called Juice who make two products in particular.
Black swirl remover, now you know how you cut and polish your car and after a whiel you get those swirl marks? If the name didn't give it away it gets rid of them, basically its almost a glass polish, doesn't put wax into the cuts to get the impression that they're gone etc. It actually gets rid of the cuts.
Q-Cut, so you dont end up with swirl marks again, alright the difference between this and a regular cutting compound is the cutting part of it is spherical not a diamond or triangular shape of some sort, so it doesn't cut in as hard, secondly its not half waxes to cover up the scratches so it just takes the top off and polishes the next layer. However unlike regular cutting compounds, if your using a buffing pad, dont wet the pad with water, you use the product itself, doesn't take much.
I'm not a rep for Juice, but i've used the stuff and its fantastic, quite dear, but the Q-cut is the only of its kinda apparently, im sure theres alternatives for the Black Swirl Remover, but hey, i've used this and it works.
Juice, Swirl remover, Cutting compound.
