Hardtop possible cracks

I have a feeling the hardtop I got with the car has some cracks in it, but I'm not sure.
Can these be repaired with fibreglass welds or something?
Oh dear, the wick in the engine's gone out.

Unless you can physically see the cracks, how did you come to that conclusion?

I don't think f/b can be welded, but can be fixed by more fibreglass.

One side has a definite crack, the paint has lifted and you can see that on either side of the paint lift what's underneath is at two different levels , the other side is starting to have lifting paint in the same place.
Oh dear, the wick in the engine's gone out.
