Garage Vary lip - same mounting holes as OEM lip?

So,

Thanks to Ryan I got my Garage Vary front lip yesterday. My NA6 already has an OEM front lip spoiler attached to the bumper. I think I remember someone saying that the mounting points / holes for the Vary lip are the same as the OEM Mazda lip?

Can anyone confirm? If they are the same it means I won't have to borrow a drill from a mate / hold the lip up to line up and drill etc.
