Arios makes a carbon fibre front quarter (extended 18mm) and a carbon fibre rear over-fender (extended 23mm - bolts on to the original). I don't think you would have much luck in finding any cf rear quarters as in order to replace the rear quarter you must first cut the original out... REV9 used to sell these parts, I can't find them on their new website though. Here is a link to the said parts on their old site:

p.s. Unlucky on the car... I kinda know what its like though, I had a similar problem a few months ago... on only 1 side though . Is being repaired now though! Also, to give you an idea on the costs to replace a rear quarter panel, I think I got quoted something like $1500 to have a new rear quarter panel supplied and fitted... pretty sure that was a crappy quote though
