Bad reflections on KG Works instrument panel

I have the KG Works instrument panel which uses five separate glass dial faces rather than the standard curved plastic instrument bezel.

Whilst it looks great, unfortunately it suffers from bad reflections in most light.

I'm after ideas to reduce or eliminate these reflections...

I thought about replacing the glass with the non-reflective type used in picture framing, not sure this would work though.
