Colour matched spray cans in Sydney

Postby FoxForceFive » Wed Mar 19, 2008 10:29 am

Does anyone know of a good place to get paint mixed to match in spray can form in Sydney?

I tried having a look on the forum as i vaugely recall someone mentioning it, but to no avail.

I've got paint matched cans before from Autobarn.

$20odd for a 375g can.

all the places I have asked said they don't actually \"paint match\" they just get the paint code to make it, so depending on how much your original paint has faded it might not match up perfectly

Damn, I thought that might have been the case.....my car is classic red, but has been resprayed- it seems a bit darker than the classic red super crap auto sells :(

PS Daryll, go out and have a look at the front of your house! El Barto has visited lol

I found that the super crap red is the closest match I could get.

yes it is a bit darker but when the surfaces are polished you had to look pretty hard.

Here you go, VG Auto paints at Girraween. They do colour matching and will fix you up with a spray can.
