

But you can buy replacement ones from Mazda and they're just a touch over $50 per side. Replacing them is easy as pie.
First you prise out the little plastic stud that holds each end in place (there is another one at the front of the door)

Now forcibly peel back the moulding. You'll be bending it beyond repair but you're chucking it away anyhow...see that clip? Poke in the little tab in the middle of it with a screwdriver and pull it out of the door.

There's a few...I removed my mirror to make it easier, but I think you could do it with the mirror in place if you were careful.

There is a fair bit of gunge trapped under there...

New vs old moulding

Removing the old one has really ruined it but the new one is perfectly straight!

Bit of Meguiars lovin later and it'll look like this...

Popping in the new moulding is a 10second job
