Personally I don't think your rims would suit an NB as much. The new tyres will be worth over $100 each new, so that is a decent amount of money to have fork out down the track if you keep your rims. Then again, if you don't like the stockies, it'll be more to replace rims down the track.

I'd take the car with the stock rims and new tyres (with your voodoo of course) and let the bank balance settle down a bit, then look into some shmexy 15" rims later on.

Just my 2c, after all, it's your new car and your decision.

Depends also on what sort of tyres they changed them to. Most dealers put crap on to get past roadworthy and you end up wanting to get rid of them anyway. I don't think your current mags will suit as much as they did on your NA6 but I could be wrong and it depends on what sort of tyres (condition) they are in as well. Something to think about.
