Ok, before you look at ordering again,

ive spoke to one of our fabricators...

an absolute legend of a guy,

and hes pretty confident he can make em up for around that price if not less..

laser cut steel, etc etc...

ill put the wheels in motion soon.

if we can get made on shore id be willing to pay a fraction more rather then letting customs and alike put their little bills ontop.

pluse gotta suport the locals

Thanks for your replies all. The indications were at Mania yesterday that we have about 5-6 people interested so thanks for opting in . I will have a chat to simone on Monday and unless she is waiting for someone to call her back or similar I would say we will send off the order COB monday. Therefore if youre still mulling it over as to whether youre interested - do so quickly!

Thanks for the heads up okibi . Something to be mindful of (and I have just put eibachs on the car as well). Probably a good thing I have the bilsteins with the extra compression damping. Not as much as the clubman ones but enough to stop it being too soft. Still looking forward to getting it on the car though

Somewhere over 650 AUD as advised earlier in this thread. The thread wasn't entitled group order because we were sitting here twiddling our thumbs thinking about it and nothing much has happened to the exchange rate since then. Yes they aren't cheap, read comments on flyin miata's site and decide whether its worth it for you (but don't be surprised if everying thats part of manias order is already spoken for)

mmm... Might just have to make it out to Mania one day and hope someone has one installed on a relatively stock NB8A so I can see what the difference is. Although it did seem like a good idea when this was first proposed. I had a lot less money then too, so it might be worth considering now.

I do believe mine is being fitted Saturday . Apparently they came in a HUGE box so we are kinda wondering how the first lost went missing, Its not like they would fit in customs officers back pocket . I'll post a review on a seperate thread on the weekend.
