I have a question regarding the body paint on my Miata
I've just recently touched up the small nicks on the car (due to wear and tear)
The spots where I touched up didn't look too bad (colour matches perfectly and all, but the lack of shine and the uneven textures on these small spots are driving me nuts
Is there a way to cut and polish these areas so that it'll blend well into the other parts of the car?

Try brush touching some clear over the spots you've re-touched.
It may help.
Don't know about the Mazda re-touching paint, but with Mercedes, they give you 2 bottles.
One is the paint and the other is the clear to go over the top of it.
It may help.

Sounds logical and easy enough. Thank you for the suggestion, Benny.
Will give that a go this weekend.
