Yeah, no problems. I'm fairly patient, and I've been living with the standard black for a bit anyway, so no big deal.
Besides, I had a carbon fibre style trim in my first NB, so I've already experienced it (well, having a trim different than boring black). Nothing I can't live without... for the moment

Vinyl dye might also be an option to consider... perhaps?
