Any trouble incorporating the plastic weathershields with new 6in door speakers?
I've got a pair of 16cm 2-way clarions lying around that didn't seem to fit when I sized them up earlier this year. Do the mounting holes mate up on the 6 inch units you guys have used?

6 1/2\" Rockford Fosgate Type RF
I've got Rockford fosgate type RF's in my ride, it did have JL's (that the previous owner had installed) they fit straight into existing mounts. I had a mate fiberglass me up some pods for the doors. Just built to fit over existing mount spots in doors, and can always be removed and put back to original if need be. Mind you, my boot's not empty either ;)

How's the speaker 'breathing' from the rear?????
