I know what you mean Richee.

I HAD to replace mine, and by the time I replaced both, the tubing, a few connectors, flow back valve . . . goodbye $90 . . .

But us guys with prostate problems really have a thing about seeing a good squirt . . .

Just get some aftermarket ones. I've got chrome ones in the standard size and they look great and squirt a fair nit more water. Got them for Mania. 8)

 I'm sure you could pull one out and take it to a wrecker and find a pair that will fit.

What's wrong with it?
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Nothing like a good squirt. They dont work too well so I might have to give them a jolly good clean, hard little buggers to get off

Thought I might get some chrome ones but Mania cant get the product at the moment.

Open bonnet.
Take off the water tube at the nozzle.

Use a thin screwdriver to gently lever one of the front/rear facing plastic prongs towards the nozzle centre whilst carefully pushing on the nozzle tube. It should pop out.

Replacement - push it in from the top of the bonnet until it "clicks" and re-attach the water tube.

Slightly OT: on both of my cars, the nozzle doesn't water the lower right section of the windscreen. It just gets dirtier.

Is this a normal MX5 thing?

I figured as such. It just seemed strange that they are both out by the same amount. Thanks :)
