Hey everyone, Ive been looking to get a roll bar for the NA6 and i was just wondering if anyone would know anything about these: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/MAZDA-MX5-MIATA-STAINLESS-ROLL-BAR-MAZDASPEED-STYLE_W0QQitemZ4626802103QQcategoryZ50138QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Basically i want to know if the car was actually to roll, would they protect you? or are they just a cosmetic thing.
Also how hard are these things to install? and do i need to buy anything else? (my NA6 is completly stock).
Cheers,
Roll Bars

They \"may\" protect you in a roll, or they may cause you more damage if they move forward towards your head.
They are referred to as \"Style Bars\" not roll bars for this reason.
There is a mountain of info now on installation. Just look for the topic \"style bars\" a few posts below.
I half fitted mine last night (forgot to buy \"all clear\" for the mounting plate), and it's really pretty straightforward if you're confident with the tools involved.

If you want the look, but want certainty that it will work, go Boss Hogg.
