Without wanting to state the bleeding obvious, this is the National Championship; it's certainly not a place for beginners.
Regs require that drivers must have comnpleted at least three CAMS permitted Supersprints in the preceeding 12 months. It would also be wise to review the CAMS Manual regarding specific apparel requirements for National events.

They don't usually do the credit card payments until a few weeks before the event. They charge a transaction fee though. Hope you can make it. If you're keen on sharing a garage with the other MX-5ers, please let me know and I'll put you in contact with Stewart who is organising the group booking.

Received the following update from Bob Welsh.
Bob Welsh wrote:We are just 2 weeks away from the last Round of the 2011 State Championship which is to be held on 12th and 13th of November next. As you can see it is a two day event and it is being combined with the 2011 National Supersprint Championship.
There are still plenty of spaces available, so please get your enrty in if you haven’t done so already. It is the last chance to run at Eastern Creek this year on the current full circuit. Please note that the track configuration will be changed next year and while there will be the opportunities to run on the current full circuit they will be few and far between. It is also a chance to run in the National Championship representing NSW.
The Types and Classes are identical to those being used in the State Championship but a separate new Type has been added for the Champioship to enable Time Attack cars to compete. The Time Attack Type will have 2 Classes as follows: -
Type TA Class A - For vehicles that comply with the World Time Attack Challenge Clubsprint class.
Class TA Class B - For vehicles that comply with the World Time Attack Challenge Open class.
