Story of the festival of sports cars at Wakefield Park 20-21 Oct 2007, quote Story heading \"Good as it get's\", section headed Specialty races,
quote, With seemingly every Mazda MX5 brought into Australia competing, holding two all MX5 races was only fair. Predictably, David Raddatz won both of these, getting down to 1.06.1392. Matilda Mravicic was second in both with Brian Ferrabee and Chris Gough splitting the minor placings.
No FOSC meeting is complete without mix & match races, though the logistics of the big entry reduced the number of these. The traditional \"Continental Capers\" went to Emile Jansen's gold Porsche 911. Russell Battisson was second in both Capers events, despite the inappropriate orign of his Mazda MX5SP. John Metham with another MX5 was third in one contest and Bob Fraser, Porsche 911 third in the other.
MX5 a mark to be reccond with eh.
