Be cool to see how you go. I flew to Sydney with the intention of buying that car before I built mine. I chickened out.

Yep, I'm looking forward it. Not definite yet, though. Gary's best from the Nats was 1.15.0762, so that's the time to beat.

It'll be interesting driving something with HorsePower for a change.

Well, I've been flat out at work over the past few months, so I just haven't had time for any updates.

With the deadline looming for the cars first outing at Morgan Park in early August, it's been a hectic few weeks getting the car finished. I still have a few things to do but it's 90% there.

Here are the latest pics:

No chance! :)

Not much different to "yours" just the steering wheel, 6UL wheels, 2nd Sparco seat, AVO shocks and a set of CES extractors and exhaust.

Contact Brett at Penninsula Racegear for the wheel and tell him you have my old car, he'll look after you. (0299072069)

Hey TCR
I haven't read all the responces and updates but you mentioned that you were using AVO Coilovers. If you are after springs I have a set of 300 and 400 lb AVO Springs that haven't done buch work. I posted them on FS $100 July 10 if you are interested.

Cheers for that Paul!

Is it just the wheel or do you need a full kit to do the wheel?
Cheers!

I've been slack with the updates :D

Not really much to show in the way of photos but I've recently fitted a new Cooling Pro radiator, Haltech Platinum 1000 ECU and a 4.3 Torsen rear diff.

Had it on the dyno to tune the Haltech and it made an impressive 98HP at the rear wheels

Hopefully taking posession of a CF hardtop shortly, so that will shed about 17kg off the weight of the car and get it down under 1000kg. After that, I'll be concentrating on cleaning out the engine bay and fitting an air intake, catch can and cooling re-route.
