Will do Paul,
1st outting there, goal is 1.15 first!

Oh, with the door trims on the inside, are they worth taking off? I know it wasnt done with the red car, I guess it wouldnt really weigh too much her to bother?

Thoughts?

IIRC, you can't remove them in 2F regs.

Correct. They probably weigh about 300grams each anyway.

You could always remove those heavy arse electric windows

Yeah, I guess no point taking 600grams out when the drivers a good 90kg! :D I'll leave them in haha

True! power windows would weigh a bit, does yours have them Paul?

Nah, this one's got the poverty pack wind up windows :)

The power windows probably only weigh a couple of kilos.

Just cut back on the food and grog a bit

Meh mine has power windows, power mirrors, the heater (& piping)....hell I even had the speakers in the doors until last year. :D Nick put Tony's 2B turbo around Bathurst at Easter faster than any other MX5 (except perhaps CT?) with the stereo on. 8)

Windup windows and odd steering wheel indicate it is a jap import?

Sorry guys, life has been very hectic of late.

The cage is all done and I have finished repainting the interior of the car. I spent a few hours last Sunday putting the dash and wiring loom back in and am just getting ready to re-install the seats and harnesses, so I can get a mod plate organised. I spent the last month or so accumulating parts, so I have just about everything needed to get the car on track.

Still hoping to debut it at Morgan Park in the 1hr on August 8th & 9th.

Paul.

Great to hear. I've been offered a co-drive, so will hopefully see you there!
