Just watched part of a lap (live) of the current LMP1 leader at night. Talk about scary, 300kmh plus and lights that don't allow those speeds. The sound of the hybrids is fantastic, they leave the pits on the electric motor and then about 60m later the engine kicks in.
Track knowledge is very important. I'll just have to make do with the track on real racing 3.
Another useless fact is that some teams spend in excess of $300m on this event. However I need to finish a uni paper
