Best advice you can be ever given - buy a house. You will never look back. You can then fill your garage, back and frontyard full of parts (and not worry about landlords)!

Just make sure someone else is around when you drive the car on it in order to raise the floor. Either that or you will have to exit the car "Duke of Hazzards" style.

For the past 3 years I have been carting my NB8A around on a 10x6 tandem.
the wheels sit within the 10ft tray with bumpers overhanging rear and A frame at front.

This means the trailer is only 1200mm longer than the car (ie 5.2m total length)

Might work for your space limited garage...

Actually you just sit the controller on the trailer wheel, drive on, reach out, and raise the trailer. Doors can open then.

Or get a wireless remote.
