A big week of driving stuff for me.

Postby Boyracer » Tue Feb 26, 2008 5:15 pm

Last Tuesday I did a Drift/slide control thing in my MX5 roadie on the skidpan at E/creek with Driving Solutions, now I know how to do the Skando flick.

Then Friday it was out at oran Park in the Green machine...had a good shakedown run ready for Bathurst...it has a little baby turbo but it's very light so it's quite fast....could have dríven past a hotted up SE down the straight.

Also got to go for a ride in a 996 GT3 Porch...now that Horsepower...pulls like you would not believe...

Sunday was at E/creek doing a free drive day in my friends STi WRX 2 door thingy...this is one fast car...was on the 180 speed limiter at the pit entrance...

Today was out at Oran park giving the Spider a shakedown run...what a different car...Left hand drive and sequential gearbox...good fun.

Now I am really tired and need a break.

you can take a break then, I'll fill in for you just let me know when and where :P
I'll warn you now I might need quite a bit of driver training before I can safely say I won't bend any of the cars though

Lou - we must work for the same mob! I am in Adl airport waiting for a flight home after a couple of days of the Mazda 6 launch. Then Perth next week, QR the following week for customer drive days, then AHG after that, then Mallala... Only my cars are a lot slower but they have aircon :)

BTW well setup GT3s are the pinnacle
