Hey guys, that was a pretty great day for all involved!! Not too many accidents or anything, i think kieth spun a big end brearing (at least thats what they were thinking).

I improved my lap time from 1.16 to a 1.09.88 today and had a great time doing it, only thing that stopped me from going out for more was the original brake pads wore down to the squeelers and i think got majorly glazed up, becasue i had minimal stopping power after the first session.

As for drift, that went even better!! hopefully some of the guys taking pictures will post them up (i'll link them if they do). After that incident of spinning off the track, i couldnt get the car started and battery power was barely able to crank the starter for the first 2 tries then it just clicked. I got towed back to pits and i just push started it and it was fine for the rest of the day, so i didnt actually break anything,.. this time :P .
Was able to link most of the track succesfully and was even able to drift corner 1 and 2 in fourth without any troubles (trying corner one in third required me to change to fourth - and thast not an easy thing to do while maintaing the drift at those speeds  .

Only thing i need to do now is install my new clutch (arrived today   ) get new brake pads, get new coilovers, and paint the thing!
Also i need to play around with the tune as i only managed 150kms out of almost a full tank, i only had 1/8th remaining   .

No probs about the lack of photo-age orx626!!!

Cheers, Dave

What a great day, Thanks orx626 for the great photo(i'm number 43). Fish you had it right with the stock seats, I'm getting a new seat. Hanging off the steering wheel probably is'nt good for lap times
Looking forward to July
