Does anyone know Bill well enough to contact him?
I've been emailing him for over a week to place an order and there's been no response. His FB page has him offline when you msg him too.
I hope everything is ok over there and he is fine. I havent contacted him before so not sure if he takes his time, or is away on holidays etc.

initial contact is usually pretty quick.
to get back to you with a quote sometimes takes a few days.

overall process is little painful & time consuming. But he is very helpful. But once you realise that's how he does things. Ive totally looked past that.

I've had a hanfull of orders. I don't know him well enough to make a difference

As per Stan comments Bill can be a bit haphazard in his responsiveness. He is a one man show at the moment but he has advertised for staff. He is helpful and willing to find things for you or give good advice on options. Good to hear he has responded.
