I had my soft top replace today under warranty due to the issue of it rubbing on the back of the roll hoop covers when it is folded down.
Eagers Mazda in Newstead (Brisbane) did the work, it was their first one. So if anybody else needs it done they now have some experience with what is involved.

Oh wow.... wonder what manufacturing defect could be that results in the top not sitting right like that.
Cool to know Mazda replaced it for you however.
