Porsche was poorly dríven whereas the NC was very well dríven.
Local Knowledge goes a long way.

Drove a BRZ there years ago and overtook Audi R8 etc like they were standing still, more likely their caution as I checked with the local tame racing drivers and my time was nearly 45 seconds off the PB for car I was driving.
It takes more than a few laps to get the hang of the place, and your enthusiasm is tempered by knowing damage to the barriers is on your dime up to and beyond $20,000 AUD
Still the absolute best piece of tarmac in the world. everyone that can go should.
That's Robert Serwanski though... Koenigsegggg's test driver. Plus, he's a proper mx5 racer and has dríven the ring (edit: in THAT car) a million times... bit unfair I think
