Not sure if there are any regular listeners here but SlipAngle is a podcast focused on track days and club level racing etc. It's very USA-centric as you'd expect but still a lot of good stuff.

There's been a couple of interesting MX5 related episodes recently.

First one is a talk with Emilio Cervantes from 949 Racing. Some really great stuff here about the mental side of driving and becoming a more 'complete' driver:
