Mazda is taking the high road and replacing the first wrecked 2016 MX-5 Miata.
After taking delivery of a brand new MX-5, the owner and his wife were less than a mile away from the dealership when they got rear-ended by a Ford F-150 pickup. The accident pushed the brand new Miata into the car in front of it, resulting in damage to both the front and rear end of the roadster. Thankfully, both passengers in the Miata didn’t suffer any serious injuries, although the owner’s wife did take a trip to the hospital with the EMTs while the owner went to the Care Spot facility a day later to get checked out.
