When they first showed a glimpse on the launch video I thought it looked like an 86 nose. But now I've seen the whole thing I reckon it looks sweet. There's no details yet though are there? The rear photo shows a SKYACTIV badge but that's been expected for 12 months.

It does look awesome. But i find some things I'll hate - that infotainment system and the top of the interior door trim which is prob hard plastic. Won't feel good hanging my arm on.

What's the round knob behind the gear stick for?

I think I like everything except for the front and rear lights. And I hope that giant pop up screen is an option.

Not too shabby.

In fact the image of the actual car was shared on Twitter a day or so before I saw on another forum but there had been so many renders of this car that most didn't believe it could have been the real deal.

Funny thing about the ND is that is looks in keeping with the NA and NB; the NC is the odd one out.

It is a bit of the Skyactive system.

Kinda 86 ish around the lights, Maserati snout, Jag rear end...

That looks like Mazda 2 dash/cowl (the one that is coming) that has been put through a press, so it looks like Mazda 3 instruments and the AV screen wont be pop up, it is permanent.

The AV system appears to be like the system in my Mazda 3 SP25GT... don't knock it until you try it... it is awesome in operation apart from the BOSE pretending to be anything other than a good stock sound system... it is great in the eyeline and the NAV is awesome...

Hope it gets the sporty version 3 centre tach with the HUD! -ooo over the shoulder look shows centre tach, analogue speedo on the right, minor instruments on the left... Proper!

I wouldn't knock one back... 8)

Takes me a while to "like" new cars - guess I'll get used to it.
Nice side profile.
Z3ish at back.
Front is bit Ft86 - take me some time to like those headlights.
No doubts where the front number plate will go. Think I prefer twin exhaust guns of NC.
Interior looks good.

All in all, given my expectations (whatever they were) good result.
Looks great in red.

Shows how great and fresh NA/NB were/are.
Won't be jumping out of my NC.

Actually, just checked Mark Booth US photos referred to in above post. Red with silver wheels. Take a lot of my negativity back. Love the 3/4 frony shot from their non-driving side.
