That's tomorrow in the USA - Thursday 4 Sep 14 at 1030 EST here in the real world.

Yeh, very true about the time. Then in 2 days.
Hope the pricing won't be too bad here. Or at least hope it makes the NC a lot cheaper, which I have been looking around.

Values of all the previous MX-5 models will most likely decay after the launch of the new car.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow now and am sure it will look good but I'm really curious about the engine choice they make for it :)

Considering the even more hotly awaited Mazda3 was leaked in full prototype, both hatch and sedan, weeks before the official reveal, Mazda has kept this one under wraps better than any new-generation car I know of. Hope it's worth the wait. The 6 and the 3 are the best looking of their model generations, the 2 looks like it will be too, but can they pull the same thing off with the 5?

Will Mazda dare to stray too far from the NA-NC, and to a lesser extent, the NB?

196806 - you're right.
I've seen this written as "The best controlled release in automotive history" by one writer, and I agree.

I think it'll be worth it - even though I'm disappointed that some more pics leaked today that are still wrong, but apparently close - I was hoping for the full "you get nothing until the final day!!"

But here's the screenshot that keeps me going currently.

Yes, I waited for that number combo to come up...

I expect we won't see pricing from Mazda Australia for a few months, until they have had time to gauge reaction to the launch from the press and public, and so decide what premium over the 86/BRZ the Aus market will bear.

Well the live feed has just gone active!

Still another 25 minutes or so until we actually get to the reveal but there's already ~13000 viewing.......

Thanks for that Nev, 11 minutes in and I was wondering if they'd lost the car keys.
