terrific- especially Bob Hall- what a great analogy about North by Northwest- which triggered the comment that Hirai made the movie and Hall wrote the script. Jenkins also clearly gets it that the MX5 is a true classic- and many still don't quite get it. Interesting again to hear that the car was never meant to be the fastest and Hall remarked that its smiles per gallon. Maybe Hall is right about a diesel as well- make it the talk / torque of the town.

What a great set of interviews. Thanks for sharing them with us.

I do understand Bob about the torque factor of the diesel, given that I have enjoyed something similar over the last few months. I do however enjoy hearing an engine rev and produce more power over 7,000 rpm, something that most production engines don't do.

Bring on the ND. :D :D
