This is the most discussed topic in the forum. There are 2 recent topics asking the same question. I would guesstimate there are a few thousand pages discussing this, covering the span of the last 20 years.
Top right of the page is the 'Search' function.

For what you'd spend to get to 125kw...you'd probably get 140rwkw really easily with a turbo.

If you search and look at all the kits Dann has built - they really are flat power "curves", just a straight line pointing about 40-45 degrees, no lag.

And for all others considering a turbo build, looking for a cheap turbo...forget the S15 turbo route unless you REALLY know the condition of the turbo.

You can buy a used Volvo TD04 cheap, and you can be quite sure it hasn't had the living daylights thrashed out of it.

Certainly a cost effective way that's for sure.

If you go the turbo direction I have the world's most cost-effective intercooler for sale. From an SE, complete with various pipes. I don't understand what the pipes are or whether they'd be any use but the whole lot is $20 plus postage.

Also an SE ECU becoming available in the near future.

Also an SE exhaust manifold to suit an IHI turbo.

Also a dismantled IHI turbo needing an overhaul.

Read this: http://www.solomiata.com/CheapHP.html

- you'll come to the conclusion that Dann is not just preaching on a soapbox.

Talk to NitroDann about how to piece together a budget turbo build that will get you that 125kw.

The silver NB in the photo is mine. Mania have just finished the tune and I am thoroughly enjoying the car.

How much am I enjoying the car? To put things in perspective, I just discovered today that the battery on my DC2 Integra Type R has gone flat and I only took the Lotus Elise out for a drive yesterday as the fuel has been sitting in the tank for about 3 weeks.

for NA 125+ rwkw

It starts with $$$ and then you throw some more $$$$ at it and then you get there in the end.

Can it be done for less than $10k will leave that to the internet experts, but it cost me a little more than that.

There were recently a couple of kits or part kits for sale. Worth a search. sprx3 was one of the posters.
