.. no problem, always looking out for a good deal (i.e. spending too much time on the Internet)
Too bad the exchange rates have deteriorated by 10% too

Time to get those clear repeaters and side reflectors..

bear in mind the T/s / repeaters have to flash amber and the side reflectors must be amber to be legal. If you pick up a amber reflector in your lights then its the side of a vehicle and clear reflector is the front and red the rear.

ok, what are T/s repeaters ? (those side round repeaters)?
alright..just to recap before I make a boo-boo when I purchase
Side repeaters must flash amber, I think the clear reflectors have amber bulbs (so should be fine)
Ok, not quite clear on the Front/Rear std amber reflectors.. ie. what you meant on clear in the front and red in the rear..
Thanks Mr M

The indicator lights in the round housing must flash amber. Amber bulbs takes care of this regardless of the tint/colour of the housing. Forward of those, below and slightly backward of the headlights, are the long oval shaped reflectors. The front ones should be amber but you'd have to really piss off a cop to have them pick you up on that as a defect. The requirement is very deeply buried in the ADRs. If you wanted to be really technical they aren't actually required to have side reflectors there, but they do.

What Mr M means is that reflectors on the front of the car (headlight area) are supposed to be clear, and reflectors on the rear of the car (brake light area) are meant to be red, and reflectors on the side are meant to be amber in this country. So keep your amber reflectors when you install the clear ones so that if you ever meet an overzealous cop who is looking to write you up for a long list because you've been hooning around the burbs, giving him attitude, and generally just "asking for it", then you'll be able to swap them back onto the car, if you must.

Shuey don't listen to Mr M. I would be very surprised if any cop pissed off or otherwise would ever book you for clear repeaters. The clear would look great on your silver 4WD model
