Seriously mate! you've been on here 5 minutes and you think you've nailed down the demographic of the mx5 enthusiest?
You got to be here a couple of years or more before you can make that call because its a wide demographic!

- sorry to upset you. Hearing rotories being canned by strangers shits me- 99% of the time they have never been in one- in this instance i was wrong-accepted- lets all move on shall we gentlemen

285GCZ sorry but you should get to know the people your tarring with your demographic brush first! most people on this forum can see the rotary engine as a leading design in thinking outside the box, there are no other combustion engine design ever built that have stayed like the rotary (don't quote me on this)
It seems as your looking over the shoulder of this "Mr Rotary" and telling us about his trials and tribulations, thats great but just remember that alot of us here have had varing degrees of modifying mazda's be it mx5's or rotaries so for any of us to be told you don't know what your talking about is going to get peoples backs up period,
take a brake add some pics (pictures speak a thousand words) or better yet involve "Mr Rotary" in the forum.
Between the "demographic" on this forum there are people that have modified the mx5 till there is nothing left! turbos superchargers engine conversions alot of guys have also put rotors in them. this forum is a melting pot of ideas and real world achievements, just remember that next post
