If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Whats the weight saving on that one? Been thinking along the lines of putting mine on a "diet" with a few of those panels myself. Keep us informed of work needed to get it fitting well too mate :DIY:

Those wheels turned out great. Where did you get them refurbished and how much did it cost? I love seeing things fixed or restored like that.. its so much easier to just buy New wheels but now u have something pretty rare. Props.

The repairs were done by Wheel Revolution at Slacks Creek (south of Brisbane). $640 all up. The two banged up wheels were $230 each. The other two wheels had a quarter-of-a-century of gutter rash repaired.

Re the carbon boot. Always wary of fit. How are you going to mod it for a better fit?

I've noted down Wheel Revolution In my little black book for (hopefully avoidable but) future reference for the Advan rz's- great restoration job they done and seems a fair price when you look at the before pics! Looking forward to seeing the Napre's fitted again!

Does this mean your Apache's might become available to some other needy forum member?

Amazing repair to those Napre wheels, btw!
