Initially I thought you had to join the MX5 club to get Historics but it turns out you can join any club, you just need to follow the rules provided by the RMS as well as the club.
https://www.jacnsw.com.au offers membership at 40$ a year but cap membership to reduce cost. May be worth a look if you're after historics?
