Had a similar issue after my iacv connector got loose while on track. After i reconnected it, it would stay at 1500rpm while pulling up and go to 1100rpm when stopped.

Went away after grounding the TEN terminal on the diagnostic port.

Cleaned the IAC and WD40 the clutch switch

seems to have worked
