When you have time how about some aftermarket wheels.
Really loving the diff colours, all look good.. I wonder what the official colour palette will be.

Re: ND debuts tomorrow 3rd Sep
Here's a YouTube vid that follows on from the initial launch video. It must have been recorded after Duran Duran finished their stint. Here Derek Jenkins continued his description of the design in a little more detail about the car.
On this new vid, he says the following that were a highlight for me:
1. "All" ND MX-5s will come with "LED" headlights
2. The blacked out windscreen pillar and side mirrors will come standard in black (as it is in the pre-production model shown).
Jump to 2:18 for the new stuff.

Great work Caff.
Can you do this again but this time with two stripes? And/or the single stipe you have here, but with the addition of two narrower stripes either side. Cheers

Yes. You got it.
Can you do one in red with the silver stripe?

Can we see theses stripes in this colour-combination caffeine?

Re: ND debuts tomorrow 3rd Sep
Looking good in yellow.
Been playing with morphing an NC into an ND and despite the ND's apparent different look the NC to ND morph really links the two designs beautifully.
Just playing with the morphing, not good enough to upload but if you can find me white background same-colour NA, NB, NC and ND front ons or three quarter views I'll do my best with them.
I like the designers comment on keeping the door panels clean of lines to respect the NA. And he's right, the thin headlights capture the NA indicators (and the NC headlights) quite well.
Overall I think the ND is a winner. Thankfully. There were some terrible renders out there the past year or so. But if you think this looks good, seeing the Alfa treatment on the same basic package and I'll happily pay 25% over the odds for the Alfa. It'll be a keeper for me until I'm too old to drive. Imagine it, an Alfa that drives as well as it looks. Somehow I don't think we'll see it, but here's hoping...

Doh! I've owned two NAs and I always remember the smooth slab sides, not the very obvious crease. Maybe the designer recalls the smooth upper portion of the door skin... unless you're really short I guess the door looks smooth... until the crease! :-/

Interesting how they went back to 4 stud to mount the wheels. Perhaps all that talk about weight reduction isn't all just marketing fluff after all.

Not bad but that looks Titanium (awesome colour for MX5s BTW). Can you do it in Sunlight Silver with slightly wider stripes?
Love your work!

[OK... maybe I'm sticking my neck out here, but...]
I think the ND is just drop-dead-gorgeous.
EOM.
