When I travel to Newcastle from Taree I almost always go via the Wootton Road.
It has been about 2 months since the last time and the resurfacing of the road has turned it from great to magical.
Of the 22km, I would say 20km is now a first class surface. Leaf fall buildup on the sides of the road is still a problem.
And not another car encountered in either direction travelled.
Wootton Road has had significant resurfacing.

Wootton Road has had significant resurfacing.
6' 7" red tardis owner (spacious 89 NA8 clone) and cleaned up 92HZ SBY.
