Ebay radiator

Hi to all looking to buy an aluminum radiator for my nb and i found this on ebay http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/Mazda-MX5-99-0 ... nav=SEARCH
Are they any good it appears that they sold alot and have a 100% seller rating. Thanks

I put one in the NA about 6 years ago still going strong and a mate put one in his NB about 12 months before mine
You will see some advertised for $145 in Hoppers Crossing it is all from the same warehouse

Yeah I've had mine in for about 5 months, no issues, paid around 150

I used one for a bit but couldn't keep the car cool on the track after a few laps, I replaced it with more efficient and thinner Koyo "Hyper-V" one and it sorted the problem. My car was making more than the average amount of herbs and spices at the time, though.

Over a number of years, two or three forumites have posted about very minor leaks from them when first installed, but they've always immediately replaced the faulty rad cost free, with no requirement to return the faulty rad.

I got the 42mm and I like it. However, I had to trim the corner of the passenger side fan shroud because of the piping.
Also, the added thickness causes the upper hose to link a little, so you might need to trim it down a bit.
You need a LOT of coolant to fill one. One big bottle isn't enough anymore. You'll need to buy two.
Other than that, love it.
