NC hardtop problems.

Just had car serviced by Mazda. Since service my Power hardtop no longer retracts.

Engine on, latch released, windows down, press retract button, button flashes red, nothing happens.

Any one any ideas. Will contact mazda tomorrow.

Ron try opening the bootlid and firmly closing it?
