I'd just buy a spare (either full sized or spacesaver) and make sure to keep some rags and straps in the boot.
IF you get a puncture that the goo stuff can't fix, put on the spare and drive happily.
If the blown ones doesn't fit in the boot, sit it on top and use the straps to hold the wheel and bootlid down (rags under straps to protect the paint)
